It's true! Someone has finally made a non-alcoholic (NA) wine-like drink worthy of our shelves, and that someone is Matthew Jukes.
Matthew has been a professional wine taster and writer nearly forty years. Like us, he was dissatisfied with the NA options available. But, unlike us, he decided to do something about it.
Matthew found a 17th century recipe for something called a Haymaker’s Punch—essentially a fruit cordial—and started to experiment. After a year of tinkering and blending, incorporating over a dozen botanicals, he had a sophisticated NA drink that, like wine, can be drunk on its own or paired with a meal.
This line of NA cordials has won awards and is served in over 20 Michelin restaurants across the world—and we have it on our shelves! It pairs well with food, and you better believe that Bertil is ready to choose your Juke based on your meal.
