Tasting Notes:Sour cherry, cranberry, wet stone & minerality. Meyer lemon, underripe strawberry, red raspberry, ripe pink apple. Light but complex.

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve around the fire pit with a guitar and dear friends, or pair with dishes such as shrimp ceviche, endive boats with goat cheese, pomegranate seeds and crushed pistachio nuts, or Thai noodle salad.
