Vineyard: 40% Cherry Grove, 60% Luminous Hills

Grapes: Pinot Noir

Vinification: The juice rested on the skins for 5-8 days before being ushered to barrel by gravity to ferment. Fermentation & elevage took place in used 300-liter barrels where it remained on the lees for 11 months before racking to tank for bottling, unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Concentrated notes of ripe cherry, peach, and freshly-turned earth. Rich and densely fruited, this rosé is delicious now but could also be aged for many years go come.
