Vinification: Whole cluster fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regular pumpovers. Aged in neutral French oak barrique for 10 months.
Tasting Notes: Notes of blueberry and blackcurrant. Ripe and round, with silky tannins. Medium to full-bodied.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve at cellar temperature. Pair with roasted Lamb finished with herbs and garlic yogurt.
