Vinification: One month of skin contact with partial whole-cluster carbonic maceration. Aged in neutral French oak for 12 months.
Tasting Notes: The nose has aromas of lemon, grapefruits, and orange blossom. On the palate it’s orange pith and juicy apricot, with some cooling eucalyptus, too. It’s bright and juicy, with just enough tannins to get your attention. Light to medium bodied and dry.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve slightly chilled. Pair with Baja fish tacos, Carbonara pasta, Zucchini blossom salad, or Roasted quail.
