Vinification: Traditional method sparkling (Champagne method). Aged on the lees for a minimum of 18 months. No dosage.
Tasting Notes: Green apple, lemon, grapefruit. Bright acidity, citrus, minerality. Medium bodied, with delicate but persistent bubbles. Dry (zero dosage).
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Pair with pasta with cream sauces.
