Vineyard: HJW Vineyard, Block HJW4

Grapes: 100% Riesling

Soil: Shallow topsoil and shale bedrock

Vinification: Whole cluster pressed, indigenous yeast fermentation, aged in 50% stainless steel, 50% large format barrel. Unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: A beautiful aromatic nose full of ripe stone fruit, mandarin orange, and honeysuckle. The palate is complex and elegant, with a flinty minerality and long finish . Medium bodied and off-dry.

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Pair with spicy Thai food, or roasted root vegetables.
