Tasting Notes: The nose is spicy with aromas of clove and nutmeg melded with stewed plum. The palate is soft with velvety tannins and notes of dried herbs and graphite. Medium bodied and dry.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve at cellar temperature. Pair with red meat on the BBQ or a ratatouille.
