Vineyards: Anahata Vineyard (Eola Hill), Corrine Vineyard (Chehalem Mountains)
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay
Soil: Basalt/volcanic
Vinification: Fermented and aged in 600 liter barrels. No MLF.
Tasting Notes: Lemon, apple, herbal, minerality, a little bit nutty. Fresh acidity but round on the palate.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Pair with roasted chicken.
