Vinification: Destemmed, 10% whole berry. Native yeast fermentation. Aged 19 months in 42% new French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Dark and concentrated, with notes of ripe red fruit, leather, chocolate, and herbs. Medium bodied and dry.

Sustainable. 750 ml. 14.3% alcohol by volume.
