Grapes: 38% Valdiguie, 33% Mourvedre, 17% Grenache, 12% other (Cab Franc, Syrah, Carignan, Petite Verdot)

Vinification: Short carbonic maceration before being foot tread for the final stages of fermentation. Short aging in stainless and neutral vessels, bottled unfiltered.

Tasting Notes: Bright confectioned cherry and raspberry, with heady aromas of dried flowers and concentrated, juicy, super smooth palate. Medium bodied and dry.

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve with a slight chill. A great wine on its own, but it would also pair well with salty and savory dishes, like summer barbecue and party fare.
