Vineyard: Barra Vineyard (Pinot Noir), Green Valley Vineyard (Valdiguié)
Grapes: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Valdiguié
Vinification: Carbonic maceration/fermentation. Aged in neutral oak.
Tasting Notes: Notes of tart cherry, cranberry, and hibiscus. It’s crisp and clean. Light bodied.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve with a slight chill. Pair with a summer BBQ spread.
