Vineyard: Liayo Colorado Vineyard
Grapes: 100% Verdejo
Soil: Clay and sandy soils
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a blend of selected and native yeasts.
Tasting Notes: White flowers, green apple, apricot, starfruit, white raspberry. Bright and tart, and a little saline. Dry, light to medium bodied.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Pair with sauteed white fish with lots of herbs.
