The elongated handle of Le Thiers Magnum provides exceptional ergonomics. Crafted from noble materials such as wood or steel, the handle combines durability, elegance, and comfort.
Handle: Handle: Juniper (1st choice), 3 mm per plate. Pleasant-smelling wood. A great classic in the world of cutlery, juniper has a characteristic all of its own: a slightly peppery fragrance that lasts throughout the life of the knife without detracting from the aesthetic appeal of the burl.
Blade: Made of Swedish stainless steel 14C28N, 3 mm thick at the base. Hardness: 58-59 HRC. Thanks to its protrusion, the blade is very easy to open. Its smooth edge ensures a clean and precise cut of the foil.
Lever: Made of stainless steel Z20C13, 1 mm thick and 60 mm long. The length of the lever enables easy cork extraction.
Worm: Made of stainless steel Z20C13 with 5 spirals, effective length 50 mm.
