HOURS: TUESDAY-SATURDAY 12-6PM, SUNDAY 11-5PM
Appellation (AVA): New England, MA
Grapes: 50% Marquette, 25% Blaufränkisch, 25% Riesling
Vinification: Skin contact was 1 month for the Marquette; 2 weeks for the Blaufrankisch, and direct press Riesling. An entire stainless steel tank was filled with destemmed Marquette and allowed to slowly ferment over the course of a month with a daily pump over. The Blaufränkisch was destemmed and fermented in the direct press Riesling before pressing and combining the two tanks into two concrete eggs for aging.
Tasting Notes: Ripe blueberry and violet on the nose, with savory game and spicy green peppercorn on the palate. It’s fresh and juicy—perfect for chillable red season. Medium bodied and dry.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve with a slight chill. Pair with fun party snacks, because this is a party wine!
