Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir (Pommard Clone)
Soil: Finnigina Hill Vineyard - Laurelwood soil (basalt base with a loess (windblown freshwater silt) top layer); Greyhorse Vineyard - Coarse grained lava flows intruded into Yamhill siltstone
Vinification: Two months of whole cluster maceration and 16 months of aging in neutral French oak.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of raspberry and turned earth, the palate is bright and fresh, with light and tannins. Light to Medium bodied and dry.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve at cellar temperature. Pair with a late-summer ratatouille or a mushroom risotto.
