Vinification: Destemmed, fermented 12 days on the skins, neutral oak aging 10 months, complete malolactic fermentation
Tasting Notes: Citrus peel, tangerine, baking spice, ginger, grapefruit, citrus peel. Soft tannins and a fleshy texture, vibrant acidity and spice on the finish. Light to medium bodied.
