Grapes: 100% Verdelho

Soil: Sorrento silty clay loam 

Vinification: Roughly 85% of grapes were fermented in a mix of stainless steel and neutral barrel with no MLF. The remaining 15% were fermented on the skins.

Tasting Notes: Flowers, herbs, preserved lemon, kiwi, citrus, green apple. Refreshing and bright. Light to medium bodied.

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Serve with grilled white fish with a Meyer lemon and herb chutney.
