Vinification: Whole cluster inclusion, neutral oak.

Tasting Notes: Very elegant aromas of rose petals, pomegranate and hibiscus are extremely clean and pure, likely from whole cluster inclusion and the omission of new oak. Crisp, soft, round and refreshing with a delicate depth and a luring call to savor each sip. Elegant and delicate. 

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve with braised duck or mushroom bourguignon.
