Grapes: 46% Viognier, 44% Pinot Gris, 10% Muscat
Soil: Volcanic
Vinification: Grapes were left on the skins for 22 days. All three grapes were aged for 6 months before bottling. The Pinot Gris barrel aged in neutral French oak and Acacia barrels, the Viognier was aged in an Italian clay tank that was made from the company called Clayver in Liguria, and the Muscat was barrel aged in neutral French oak.
Tasting Notes: Pepper, juicy grapefruit, red plum, blood orange, fresh basil, sweet lemon, grapefruit pith, ginger. Bright, structured, floral, spicy, citrusy, savory long finish. Dry and medium bodied.
Organic. 750 ml. 12.2% alcohol by volume.
