Vinification: 50% botrytis harvest at 36 brix, fermented and aged on stainless steel tanks

Tasting Notes: Floral, honey, dried apricots. Luscious and smooth, saffron, stone fruit, honey. Full bodied and sweet (6% residual sugar).

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Pair with a cheese plate, or a panna cotta.
