Vineyard: Uboldi Vineyard, Bedrock Vineyard, and Judge Vineyard

Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: 70% of the wine was barrel fermented in predominantly neutral French and Austrian oak barrels (in total about 8% new oak), and 30% was fermented in tank.

Tasting Notes: On the nose there’s lemon and exotic passionfruit and mango. The palate is ripe, lush, and rich, but still mineral and fresh. Light to medium bodied and dry.

Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve chilled. Pair with ceviche or a fresh crunchy salad.
