and the price, out of the equation?

Every Tuesday at Maison at Bonde, we invite you to trust your palate with our Blind Tasting Flight. You choose the color and the body you feel like drinking. We choose the wines. Three wines are served blind, without labels or clues, giving you the chance to focus entirely on what is in the glass: color, aromas, texture, acidity, fruit, structure…and your own instincts.

There are no wrong answers, and no wine knowledge is required. The idea is simply to taste first and think second, and perhaps discover how much our expectations influence what we believe we like. After tasting, we reveal the wines and talk about what you experienced.
