Grapes: 100% Gamay
Soil: Alluvial
Vinification: 50% whole-cluster for 10 days, then pressed in our wooden basket press. Bottled after 10 months in barrel, without fining or filtration and with minimal sulfur used.
Tasting Notes: Black cherry, raspberry, peppercorn, brooding and complex. Medium bodied, with silky tannins.
Service and Food Pairing Suggestion: Serve with a slight chill. Pair with roasted duck.
