This 5-class series is designed for participants of all levels to instill confidence in understanding and selecting wine along with tapping into one’s personal taste, increasing knowledge of food pairing and more. These classes will provide the tools to last a lifetime of enjoying wine. Hosted by internationally renowned sommelier Bertil Jean-Chronberg in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for up to eight participants. Educational material, wine samplings and light food are included for $300 per person for the whole series. Classes are held select Sunday evenings from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, January 29 How wine is made & how to recognize the different styles of wine
Sunday, February 12 How to learn to taste wine and why
Sunday, February 26 How to serve wine, temperature, glassware, decanting
Sunday, March 05 How to store wine, and the 5 essentials you need to have at home
Sunday, March 26 How to read and order wine at the store or at the restaurant.
